To obtain the map, there are made following operations on images:

• decresing the number of colors at maximum 256
• proportionally scalling, so that, after the operation, one of the dimension to be multiple of 50 pixels
• sharing the image in fixedly dimension stripes (50x50 sau 100x100 points)
• breaking up of every stripe in layer of colours, if the image containe more than 72 colors (in this case the symbols are reused, receiving diferent meanings depending on layer of colors)
• map generating


The resulting maps following processing image are offering in three distinct formats:

 

HTML - TEXT stripe: 50 x 50 points, alphanumerical symbols, dimension app. 9 Kb / stripe / layer ts possible to print one stripe on A4 format paper portrait from browser wich you are use HTML - GIF stripe: 50 x 50 puncte, specific graphic symbols, dimension app. 82 Kb (2.5 Kb archived) / stripe / layer its possible to print one stripe on A4 format paper portrait from browser wich you are use GIF stripe: 100 x 100 points, graphic symbols, dimension app. 43 Kb / stripe / layer its possible to print the map from any graphic viewer wich know GIF format
